BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the April 30, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be approved as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the March 26, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Application B23 & 24/21 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for each new lot. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Sulphide Rd. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council defer Zoning Amendment ZA1/21.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA4/21.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA6/21

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommend that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA7/21

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A3/21 to reduce the required 100 m setback to 18 m on the interior south side, 50m on the interior north side, and 28 m on the east side to construct a limited service dwelling.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A4/21 to reduce the required 7.5 M Interior Side Yard setback to 4.75 M to construct an addition for one new firehall bay.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Meeting adjourn at 11:15 AM
