BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the August 30, 2024 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B96/24 & B97/24 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Holdcroft St. & French Settlement Rd. 3. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the benefitting and retained lots and with road side ditching and drainage. 4. The portion of the benefitting lands zoned Residential First Density (R1) be rezoned to the Urban Reserve (UR) zone. 5. The severed lands zoned Special Urban Reserve 1 be rezoned to the Urban Reserve Zone.
