BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the November 28, 2025 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be approved as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the October 31 2025 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B39/25 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for the lot. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Allore Rd. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage. 5. Rezoning of the severed parcel from Rural to Rural Residential.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA18/25 with a holding symbol for the following reason(s): 1. Traffic analysis report. 2. Site Plan Control as per partner agencies.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment deny the Minor Variance Application A6/25 to provide relief from Section 5.30.1 i) to reduce the parking requirement of one/two spaces for every dwelling unit to 0.33 spaces per residential unit to provide relief from Section 5.30.1 XV) & XVII) to reduce the parking requirement from one space per square footage of commercial gross floor area to 1 commercial parking space.
