Committee of Adjustment-Planning

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the August 30, 2024 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be approved as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the June 28, 2024 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B53/24 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for each new lot. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Sulphide Rd. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B79/24 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for the new lot. 3. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B78/24 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2 Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Potter Settlement Rd.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA13/24.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Meeting adjourn at 10:45 a.m.
