BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the September 30, 2022 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA12/22 for the following reason(s): 1. The Committee was satisfied that the barn would not be used further. 2. Appropriate zoning for the size and use of the parcel.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA13/22 for the following reason(s): 1. The special provision will allow for the renovation of the specific venue. 2. The Environmental Protection will remain unchanged. 3. The proposed zoning will allow the appropriate zoning for the size and use of the parcel .

That the RR zone will recognize the existing use of the land parcel. 2. Specials provisions will allow for the addition of a second secondary dwelling on the land. 3. The Environmental Protection shall remain unchanged. 4. The zoning will provide for the appropriate zoning for the size and use of the parcel.
