BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the June 30, 2023 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B77/23 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for the new lot. 3. Public Works Manager is satisfied with MTO safe site entrance on the severed lot.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council grant consent for Severance Application B78/23 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for the new lot. 3. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and road side ditching and drainage - Mothers Rd. 4. Rezoning from Rural Residential-44 to Rural Residential for the severed lands and Special Rural Residential for the retained lands to recognize reduced lot frontage. 5. Confirmation that each lot will be serviced with an independent well and septic.
