BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Application B36/21 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Rapids Rd. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage.

Proof of adequate water quantity and quality be provided to the Municipality of Tweed.
