BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the September 25, 2020 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee defers Zoning Amendment ZA9/20 with a holding provision until the necessary studies have been completed. AND FURTHER THAT Council send a letter to the applicants that the committee supports the application in principle based on the information presented at this time.
