BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the March 26, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be approved as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the February 26, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Application B5/21 with the following condition: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. That the benefitting parcel be rezoned from Rural Residential to Rural.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A1/21 to provide relief from Section 12.3 A (iv) of By-law No. 2012-30 to reduce the Side Yard setback from 2 meters (6.6 ft) to 1.22 meters (4.0ft) to allow for an addition to the existing single family dwelling AND to provide relief from Section 12.3 A (Vii) of By-law No. 2012-30 to increase the lot coverage maximum from 25% to 31% to allow for an addition, extended carport, and deck, AND FURTHER THAT engineered drawings be submitted to the building department to address potential drainage issues and that the drawings be reviewed upon an application for a building permit.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A2/21 to provide relief from Section 5.25.2 of By-law 2012-30 to allow construction of an accessory building (garage) in a front yard (approx. 67 feet in front of the main dwelling).
