All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Holdcroft St. & French Settlement Rd. 3. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the benefitting and retained lots and with roadside ditching and drainage. 4. The portion of the benefitting lands zoned Residential First Density (R1) be rezoned to the Urban Reserve (UR) zone. 5. The severed lands zoned Special Urban Reserve 1 be rezoned to the Urban Reserve Zone.
