Committee of Adjustment-Planning

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the October 29, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be approved as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the September 24, 2021 Committee of Adjustment/Planning Meeting be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Application B104/21 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Reavie Lane. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage. 5. Rezoning of the severed parcel to Rural Residential and rezoning of the retained lands to the Special Rural zone. 6. A turn around design be submitted to the Municipality of Tweed for the end of the municipally maintained road, and that the design allows access to the private laneway beyond the municipally maintained road.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Applications B106/21 & B107/21 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. Parkland fee is paid in the amount of $750.00 for each new lot. 3. Road widening as required along the severed lot to conform to 33 feet from the center line of the travelled roadway – Conchie Road. 4. Public Works Manager is satisfied with safe site entrance on the severed lot and with road side ditching and drainage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA18/21.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A12/21 to provide relief from Section 5.33 II of By-law No. 2012-30 to reduce the required 100 M setback to 30 M to construct a single detached dwelling.
