BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee recommends that Council grant consent for Severance Application B123/21 with the following conditions: 1. All realty taxes are paid in full. 2. A detailed sketch be submitted to the Municipality of Tweed that indicates the existing setbacks for each of the dwellings on the retained and benefitting lands to ensure compliance with the R1 zone. 3, Survey of severed portion to be submitted to the Municipality of Tweed.
