BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment/Planning recommend that Council approve zoning amendment ZA6/22 to rezone an approx. 0.15-acre existing lot from the Residential First Density (R1) zone to the Special Residential First Density (R1-10) zone. The special provision will allow for the operation of an outside takeout canteen with light food and beverages.
